Red Cabbage is a variety from the same family as regular cabbage. It can be found in all Europe, throughout the Americas, in China and especially in Africa. The vegetable turns bluish in color when cooked. Red cabbage is cultivated now in India too, in the Nilgiri hills and some other regions.

Usage
