Usage
Palak Greens are used for making palak-paneer, saag, palak parantha, dal-palak, palak chicken, palak puri, and sautéed palak with sesame seeds or garlic, and made as a curry in coconut gravy with or without daal. It can be added to soups, salads and smoothies. You can make chutney and pesto too with palak greens.
