Usage
In India the sweet potato is commonly found in the street food known as "Chaat" it is usually, boiled, skinned and cut it to bite size pieces with a whole lot of chaat masala, lemon or tamrind juice. It is also used to make sweets, jamuns etc. It is widely consumed during the fasting festivals.
