Black Tea is extracted from oxidised tea leaves. Organic Black Tea has a strong, earthy flavour with a hydrating effect. Leaves from the tea plant are plucked at peak freshness and allowed to dry naturally. These leaves are then left to dry and oxidize in a process called fermentation to change their chemical composition.
