Usage
Today Vada is amongst the most popular snack in any way side kiosk, restaurant or star hotel. The vada looks like a fritter or dougnut with a whole in the centre which ensures that the vada is evenly fried on all sides and is crisp to eat. It can be eaten plain with coconut chutney and sambar or as dahi vada (dipped in curd) or Rasam Vada. It is a winner in any which way you choose to eat it.
