Our Indian avocados are buttery, delicate, and very creamy. They’ll need to ripen a bit more at home; to speed it along, pop them in a paper bag with a ripe banana (or wrap in a paper as they may take upto a week to ripen). Check to see if they're ripe by giving a gentle squeeze on top. Store outside until ripe then transfer into the fridge. Consume with a day or two once they ripen.
1 kg of avocado contains 2 to 3 pieces. However, the size and weight of the organic produce coming from the farm may vary slightly.
Usage
Add to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies; make guacamole; for an easy meal mash onto toast with a squeeze of lemon and any seasoning.
