Usage
Deep fried chips, sun dried after marinating in curd and salt or tamarind paste .Side dish preparation whre they aresliced and fried adding spices andwith/without onion. Stuffed and fried, tawa fried, and even in salads. In south , it is also used to make a special sambhar with sautéed karela . Bitter Gourd is consumed in juice form too for health benefits.
