Leek - Leek is of the genus Allium which also contains the onion, garlic, shallot, scallion, chive, and Chinese onion. The edible part of the plant is a bundle of leaf coverings that is also called a stem or stalk. It is high is antioxidants that aid is eradicating the free radicals produced by our body.
