Usage
It is the main ingredient in the special onion sambhar, sambhar ulli theeyal is a kerala special, it can be made into delicious chutneys. You can make a spicy onion fry with a dal of your choice. Or, even a sweet and spicy side dish to accompany dosas, and paranthas for a change!
