Usage
They can be sauted, grilled, or used in risotto or as a pizza topping and other savouries. To prepare mushrooms, wash gently in a bowl of water and gently wipe them clean with a damp kitchen roll or a clean cloth. You do not need to peel off the skins or discard the stalks; just leave them whole, dice, or chop. Pack the white button mushrooms in a breathable paper bag and store it in your vegetable drawer of the refrigerator. Mushrooms should be kept away from pungent smell to avoid getting strong odors.
