A.The first aspect that an organic consumer needs to check for, is Certification!
As there are strict protocols and guidelines that need to be adhered to, to get these certifications, and according to our own experience as consumers, we can surely tell you that organic food tastes and smells much better! Since most of the fresh produce comes directly from the farm to you, one can often smell the freshness of a pure product from the one laced with chemicals!
A.Our commitment towards the quality of the produce and to ensuring that highest standards of SCM are maintained for delivering the same to our consumer is unwavering. We even do random cooking tests, apart from doing a thorough check of certifications. It is of course impossible to test each and every product.

A.The minimum order value is Rs. 499. There is a delivery charge for deliveries as per the location. Our endeavour is to ensure responsible buying, responsible and effective logistics and responsible payouts to the producer/company, so all the stakeholders involved in the mission of producing or making Organic and Eco-sustainable products, get a fair price for their product or effort.
The Sellers have chosen the right path, taking losses in production and in most cases undertaking time consuming and expensive certifications to ensure adherence to the Standards and Procedures and rules set by the authorities. The only way to promote their good work is to ensure they get their fair dues.
A.You will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation that your order has been received by us. You will also get regular updates at every stage till the complete order is delivered to you. All the locally available products are sent by us or our logistic partner/s. Fresh vegetables and fruits although are locally available, but to ensure there is no loss of quality with unnecessary logistics steps, they are sent directly by the seller to you. Also, the product/s that are located outside Mumbai, are shipped directly to you by the seller. We are there at every step of the journey to ensure timely deliveries to you.
A.Yes, Organic Amrit will expand to the other metros and cities, in the due course of time. We believe in taking small effective steps to ensure wherever we go, so that we are able to effectively spread the mission of providing people a "One click solution to switch to a sustainable way of life".
A.We have partnered with ICICI Razorpay as our payment gateway and hence offer almost all convenient payment option like credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI etc. We also offer COD for orders above Rs. 799.

A.The products that are locally available, our endeavour is to deliver within 48-72 hours. Products that are located outside Mumbai, sellers have been given legal mandates of 24-48 hours to dispatch the order. We want to ensure least carbon footprint and hence have planned logistics in the most efficient and planet friendly way. These timelines are for ordinary circumstances, however in case of circumstances beyond our control like Pandemic, Natural Calamities etc., we will keep you informed.
A.Do not panic. If your order also has products that are from sellers outside of Mumbai, they will reach you soon. We deliver the locally available products as per our commitment of 48-72 hrs, the rest of the products will reach you within 5-10 working days, depending on the location they are being dispatched from. Also, we strive to check each delivery individually, but just in case a human error has occurred, please call us to inform about the same and we will attend to it on priority.

However, return and refund will be only entertained if the product is non-perishable, we sincerely request our customers to please inspect perishables (fruits and vegetables) upon delivery, and if found sub-standard in any way, return immediately to the delivery person.
A.To help our customers, we have provided a “Cancel” button against your order in your orders table. You would need you to login to your Organic Amrit user account and exercise the same within 48 hours, as the button disappears after 48 hours, given the rest of the back-end processes kick-in for shipping the order.
