Since we inspect each item thoroughly before delivery as a strict protocol, the product passes through three checks before it reaches you.
Please note that the product quality inside the package is the responsibility of the Supplier/Brand/Company, we ensure the integrity and validity of locally sourced products, and we have standards and procedures for companies sending their products directly to the customers. They also need to use stickers that indicate the fact that the product has been purchased from the Organic Amrit website. This may or may not be applicable to Fresh Fruits and Vegetables Category.
All quality complaints for replacement due breakage or damage of the product/s will be acceptable only within 48 hours after delivery.
To help our customers, we have provided a “Cancel” button against your order table. You would need you to login to your Organic Amrit user account and exercise the same within 48 hours, as the button disappears after 48 hours, given the rest of the back-end processes kick-in for shipping the order.
COD payments are allowed for orders above Rs.799/- only, we request our customers to help ensure smooth deliveries by accepting the delivery in a timely manner and keeping appropriate amount ready for the payment to Organic Amrit’s delivery staff.
Before dispatching a COD order, a message for delivery consent will be sent to you via WhatsApp. You are requested to confirm the same within 24 hours, for a smooth delivery. In the event of non-receipt of the confirmation, the COD order shall stand cancelled.
ORGANIC AMRIT is delivering products through its own delivery network if the Supplier is locally available, but in case the supplier is not from Mumbai, appropriate couriers services are used for delivery and time taken for delivery will be longer than usual.
Organic Amrit will keep you posted on your deliveries, also ensure you have all the information to tracking the parcels, wherever applicable.
Delivery time for locally available products is 2-3 working days after confirmation of order, we are striving to build a system that serves its customers within 48 hrs.
Dispatch mandate to our suppliers for products shipped from outside Mumbai MMR, after confirmation of the order is 48 hrs.
In certain extraordinary circumstances, deliveries may get delayed and we will ensure our customers are kept informed about the delivery timelines.
COD orders may take between 7 to 10 working days for delivery.
We offer a 100% replacement guarantee and even money back guarantee in case there is a genuine problem with the product and if we are informed within 48 hrs after the delivery about the issue.
Returns and refund will be only entertained if the product is non-perishable, we sincerely request our customers to please inspect perishables (fruits and vegetables) upon delivery, and if found sub-standard in any way, return immediately to the delivery person.
For non-perishables the returned product must reach our warehouse within seven days from the date of delivery locally.
In case one of the many products you have ordered has been refunded for genuine reasons, please note that the delivery expenses will not be refunded.
Step 1- When returning the product, please mention - your name, customer ID, order date, order number, name of the product/s in the return post (you can get these details from your user account on our website)
Step 2- Write to us at customercare@organicamrit.com with all the above order details in the e-mail “Subject Line” for the right reference and the reason why you are returning the good/s in an e-mail text.
In case, a replacement is approved, we ensure a pick-up is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the product back from you or at the time of the return pick-up, depending on the case.
Time of replacement is subject to availability of stock, especially if the product is seasonal in nature.
In case a satisfactory replacement is not available, we will refund the full/partial amount as per the refund case, into your account.
At the instance of your first “Address” entry on the “User Dashboard” after you login, we have clearly requested for your consent for ORGANIC AMRIT to be able to send you e-communication through e-mail or SMS regarding Products/ Information/Promotional activities/Offers Program from time to time on your contact details registered on our website.
Please note that SMS and e-mail marketing rules as per DLT and Government (TRAI) now mandate all companies to take formal consent from their customers to be able to send any promotional and marketing messages. These consents also need to be uploaded these respective platforms to ensure compliance.
In case you do not wish to receive the same , please help us ensure that you do not say “Yes” to the pertinent questions. Also in case you have said “Yes” but for some reason wish to retract the consent, we request you to write an e-mail to us to unsubscribe from our future communications at businessadmin@organicamrit.com.
